                    That's right! Shimada, being the Facebook addict in our group made the call to set us up with a Facebook page, which she will be taking on the responsibility of managing (so prepare yourselves for some crazy 3AM updates). Please go check us out over there and be sure to "like" us!

The RCS Sakura-Con 2013 Vlog

               As we slowly get a accustomed to our new homepage, here's another update from the group. Sakura-Con wrapped up last month, and the majority of our members, being Anya, Shimada, Erik, Lio and even Erin made it over to Seattle for the festivities. Now here's the group's con vlog to sum up a bit of what went down over the weekend.

             This is the first in a series of videos we plan to release each year. It's a montage of all we got up to during 2012, made up of video clips and outtakes from various photoshoots, videoshoots and conventions!

Relocating!

Greetings!

           As some of you reading this may already know, The RCS started its blogging over on its Wordpress blog. However, for various reasons, the group has agreed to retire our old Wordpress site in favour of this new Blogspot one. The Wordpress blog will now go dormant, but will still stay up for redirection and archival purposes and this one will take over as the main place to track all of our updates and projects.

          For those of you perhaps wondering about our podcast, while that has been on hiatus for the last year or so, it has not been discontinued and will therefore be picked back up again soon. That project will also be tracked and housed on this blog.

The RCS Podcast Episode 3 Is Now Available!

            We’re back! We’ve had an unexpected hiatus over the last little bit, but now we’re back full force with cosplay updates and a brand new episode of the podcast!

            With Tsukino-Con 2012 over, we’ve all been left with quite a few new cosplays! For more, be sure to visit our deviantART accounts!

            As for the podcast, Erin (Erin-Aru) spent a few days around New Year’s with us, and during that time recorded an episode of the podcast with Chelsea and I! Despite it going through post production to come out past New Year’s, we’re still calling it our New Year’s show.

         
         This new episode of the podcast is centered around the topic of Cosplay For Beginners. We tackle everything from choosing your character based on your experience, to how you can go about putting your cosplays together. This episode's featured cosplayer is our local superstar, Twinfools! During Storytime, we’ll be sharing our embarrassing tales back from our beginner days. Plus, a bonus derp reel at the end (this episode was recorded late on New Year’s Eve, so there’ll be plenty of half-awake laughs to go around)! You won’t want to miss it!
